Shipping policy

Order Processing

Ready to ship pieces are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Any personalized pieces requires 2-4 weeks to be processed, made & shipped. (Excluding weekends & holidays). Please ensure you provide accurate information, including mailing address & email address. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with you order details. Once the order has been shipped, you will get an additional email with your tracking information.

 

Shipping

USPS First Class delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days. "Signature Required" may be added on during check out. 

X.XVI is not responsible for unforeseen USPS delays during the transit package being delivered (COVID-19, weather, operations & etc.). Please file a complaint with USPS Customer Support if your delivery was delayed.

 

International Orders

We ship all international order through USPS. We do ask you to allow an extra  1-3 weeks (excluding holidays & weekends) for your order to be shipped. International shipment may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during transit. All duties and taxes must be paid by recipient. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

X.XVI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to shipping address entered for order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If your package is lost during transit, this is the carrier's responsibility. Please reach out to USPS directly. If your package states delivered and you have not received your package, please contact your local post office.
